Behind The Results

Paul has over 30 years’ experience in property investment real estate in all states of Australia. Paul’s areas of expertise include portfolio management, asset management, property management, development and leasing in commercial, industrial, retail, large format retail and hotel property. The bulk of Paul’s prior experience was gained at AMP Capital, Cromwell Property Group and Port of Brisbane. Paul is responsible for the strategy and investment performance of Re-Grow’s property assets. Paul has a bachelor of economics and post graduate qualifications in economics. He is also a qualified Valuer and a fully licensed real estate agent in Queensland. Paul is heavily involved in the property industry having served on many committees and boards for the Property Council of Australia (PCA) and the Australian Property Institute (API).

Jo has 20 years of property experience which includes retail and commercial property management. Since March 2018 she has managed ReGrow’s large format retail portfolio and 51 Alfred St, one of ReGrow’s commercial assets.

Noelene has extensive experience across a range of retail and property related roles. From owning and managing a franchise café and working as an executive assistant in a speciality shop fitting business, through to property and tenancy care roles at Quadra Pacific, Noelene brings a fresh and insightful knowledge base to further optimise the tenant’s property experience with Re-Grow Property.

With almost 20 years’ experience in multi-site facilities on a national level, Mike brings to Re-Grow Property specialist skills in retail property and shopping centres along with 10 years’ experience in greenfield, refurbishment and redevelopment projects including; Westfield, Air Services Australia and The Coffee Club. With strong people and project management skills, Mike is known for his consistent delivery of major projects on time and to budget.

Terry brings over 25 years of operational and facilities management experience to Regrow Property, having worked for some of the largest ASX listed property owners in the country, most recently over 12 years with Vicinity Centres. Terry has a sound technical background and an astute financial management skillset relating to operations/facilities in property. Terry is known for providing innovative solutions in facilities/operations and has a passion for sustainability and efficiency in the way a property operates, so much so that Terry was the first to introduce organics recycling in a retail centre in Queensland whilst working at Vicinity Centres. Relationship building and collaboration are at the forefront of the way Terry works and he thoroughly enjoys growing mutually beneficial partnerships with service providers and co-workers alike. Terry leads the facilities/operations department at Regrow Property.

Trained and based in the Northern Territory for twenty-five years, Mark’s trade experience includes electrical, mechanical, and air conditioning maintenance. As the National Maintenance Manager for Puma Energy for five years, Mark is responsible for the senior facilities management of all commercial and retail buildings in Re-Grow Property's portfolio.

With over 15 years experience in the commercial property sector, Sharron brings a great knowledge base to our team. Her experience has come from working for a private owner/developer for over 10 years directly supporting the State Property Manager whilst overseeing an onsite management team. Most recently Sharron has worked for Burgess Rawson and Savills in the agency space to further hone her property management skills. This experience makes for a great fit to support the Property and Facilities team at Re-Grow.
